Shipping & Delivery Policy

At THOMAS & GEORGE FINE FURNITURE INC., we partner with third-party courier and logistics providers to fulfill and deliver your orders.

Please note the following:

• Third-Party Shipping: All deliveries are managed and executed by external courier companies. While we coordinate the dispatch of your order, the actual transportation and delivery are handled independently by these third-party service providers.
• Shipping & Packaging Costs: All shipping charges, including any additional packaging or handling costs, are billed to the client. These costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
• Liability Disclaimer: Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, any delays, damage, or loss incurred during transit fall under the responsibility of the third-party provider. We will, however, assist in coordinating any claims or follow-ups as needed.

SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping Fees depend on your location. Please contact for exact shipping costs.

LEAD TIME:

Estimated Lead Time to produce most of our pieces is 45 days (or more).
Pieces will be made for you upon order unless item has available frames or is n stock  wherein it will be shipped within 10 business days. If you need your items sooner please contact us.
